§ PRICING FAQ

Before you commit.

What counts as one RAMS?
One successful generation of a RAMS PDF pack. Polish edits, Analyse runs, COSHH imports and SWP uploads do not count. If a generation fails before the PDF is produced, it is not counted.
What happens if I go over my monthly RAMS allowance?
New RAMS generation is blocked until next month or until you upgrade. We show you exactly where you are in your allowance from the dashboard. No surprise overages. Team has no monthly allowance — RAMS generation is unlimited.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period.
What if I need more RAMS than my plan includes?
Upgrade anytime — upgrades are pro-rated and take effect immediately, and the Team plan has no monthly RAMS limit. Anything bespoke, get in touch. tom@keystonehse.com
Do you offer annual billing?
Not yet — monthly only for now. Annual billing with a 2-month discount is on the near-term roadmap.
Refunds?
No refunds after a successful charge. Cancel any time during your trial to avoid the first charge, or before any renewal date to avoid the next one. See our Refund Policy.
